Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
